HAMPTON, Va. (WVEC) -- The deadline to enroll in health insurance is December 15, so Celebrate Healthcare is hosting a three-day event to help people choose the best plan for them.

Gaylene Kanoyton, the president Celebrate Healthcare said she expects more than 800 people will show up at the Hampton Roads Convention for the event.

"Please come out this weekend because we’ll have enough enrollers here, navigators, agents to help people get the best health insurance for them," said Kanoyton.

Kanoyton said healthcare this year is different from last year. The Trump administration changed the Afforable Care Act Deadline is earlier. So registration for the ACA is only 45 days long.
She also said, this event offers more than just healthcare insurance advice.

There will also be HIV AIDS testing, therapeutic massages and other resources available. Governor Terry McAullife will be at the event on Saturday.

The dates and times of the events are listed below:

Dec. 8, 3-6 p.m.
