A teen that was reported missing to the Elizabeth City Police Department has returned home.

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WVEC) — An Elizabeth City teen who was reported missing Tuesday, November 6 has returned home safely.

Around 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday 14-year-old Riley Jackson Stokes was reported missing from the 300 block of East Church Street.

The teen currently lives in Edenton, North Carolina, but has ties to the Outer Banks.
