CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are searching for a man who robbed a credit union Thursday morning in Chesapeake.
Leo Kosinski with Chesapeake Police tells 13News Now officers were called to the NAE Federal Credit Union located at 755 Battlefield Blvd. around 10:54 a.m.
Upon arrival, it was found that a black male suspect entered the building and demanded money.
After taking an unknown amount of money, the suspect fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. Police say it is unclear if he had a weapon.
No injuries were reported.
