HAMPTON, Va. (WVEC) -- Authorities are searching for a homeless sex offender who is known to panhandle in downtown Hampton.
The U.S. Marshals Service tells 13News Now that convicted sex offender Gerald Crowell is also wanted by Virginia State Police for allegedly violating his sex offender registration requirements.
A reward of up to $500 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
