NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Fire Rescue Units were able to knock down flames that sparked inside a maintenance building at Lyons Shipyard Tuesday night.

Crews responded to the fire at 10 p.m. Arriving crews reported smoke billowing from a maintenance building at the shipyard.

Firefighters had to force their way in since the entryway was locked. They found a small fire located in a pallet containing equipment.
