NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk police are investigating a deadly motorcycle crash Thursday evening.
Police say it happened at the intersection of E. Little Creek Road and Tidewater Drive at around 4:30 p.m. The victim, 28-year-old man Russel L. Williams, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
No one else was hurt, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Norfolk Police Department's Traffic Unit.
