For two days, more than 25 vendors will be cooking up thousands of tacos for all taco enthusiasts. The second annual Taco Festival will be taking place at Waterside District and they are expecting a big turnout.
Lindsey Durfee, the district marketing manager at Waterside said, "we’re expecting anywhere between 8,000-10,000 people. It’s going to be a big weekend."
After months of planning, she said they're ready.
They're expecting to be dishing out over 75 different types of tacos including the traditional beef and cheese taco, vegan options, and even gluten-free tacos.
They'll also be offering a nacho bar, margaritas, games and live music.
Each taco will cost you just $3 and you can buy tickets ahead of time here.
