NORFOLK, Va. — Police have arrested a man accused of stabbing a woman in Norfolk on Tuesday.
44-year-old Eric Hickman is charged with malicious wounding and strangulation.
Authorities said Hickman stabbed a woman on Fenner Street around 10 a.m. Tuesday. Medics took her to the hospital, but she is expected to survive.
Hickman is being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
