NORFOLK, Va. — No one was hurt after a multi-vehicle crash involving a Norfolk public school bus on Thursday morning.

According to Norfolk Police, a driver was traveling east on Norview Avenue around 8 a.m. when he lost control, went over the center median, and hit the rear of the school bus as well as two other vehicles that had been behind the bus.

There were children on the bus, but no injuries are reported.

The 17-year-old driver who reportedly caused the accident was charged with failure to maintain control of a vehicle.
