PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Detectives with the Portsmouth Police Department said a missing 16-year-old girl has been found safe and unharmed.
Police said 16-year-old Kaylana Stewart was last seen in the 200 block of Jacquelyn Drive, on Tuesday around 12 a.m.
She was located Thursday morning, police said.
