PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Tidewater Community College students can score a free E-ZPass loaded with $35 at the Portsmouth campus Thursday.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., DriverERT will give away the transponders inside the campus Student Center at 120 Campus Drive in Portsmouth.
The offer is only for students.
