Governor Northam's March Madness bracket has UVA winning it all

Five Virginia teams were selected to compete in the 2019 March Madness tournament, Virginia Commonwealth University, Liberty University, Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, and Old Dominion University.

RICHMOND, Va. — The Governor of Virginia has made his NCAA March Madness bracket, and he picked the University of Virginia to win it all!

There were five Virginia teams competing in the 2019 March Madness tournament, Virginia Commonwealth University, Liberty University, Virginia Tech, University of Virginia, and Old Dominion University.

The odds of filling out the perfect bracket is 1 in 9.2 quintillion -- assuming you flip a coin for every game. It’s twice as easy to win back-to-back lotteries, buying only one ticket each time than to complete the perfect bracket.
