WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (WVEC) -- A man suspected of setting two house fires in the last 13 months has been arrested following another fire early Friday morning.

Williamsburg Police say they and firefighters were called out to a house fire in the 200 block of Thomas Nelson Lane around 2:30 a.m.

Following an investigation, police determined the fire was intentionally set, and arrested 45-year-old Dennis Wade Tooley on one count of arson.

Tooley is already facing prosecution for two previous fires at the same residence, one from November 1, 2016, and one from July 10, 2017.

Tooley is currently being held at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail.
