WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Police arrested a man after he allegedly groped a woman and rubbed himself against a girl at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets.

A spokeswoman for the James City County Police Department said officers were at the outlet mall Thursday afternoon, after a 23-year-old shopper said a man had grabbed her bottom while he passed by her in a store.

Police found 32-year-old Anthony Christian of Toano in another store a short time later.  At that time, a father approached police to say Christian rubbed his genital area against the father's 16-year-old daughter.

Officers arrested Christian. He's charged with two counts of sexual battery.
