Here are the promo codes and numbers you need to get a ride during the midterm elections:
Free Taxi Rides for Seniors
Seniors in Hampton Roads can take advantage of free rides to the polls through Coastal Ride, Yellow Cab, Black and White Cabs and Norfolk Checker.
The offer is open to any registered voter over 60 who doesn't have their own transportation to the polls.
On the Southside, anyone interested should call Senior Services of Southeast Virginia at 757-963-9218 by noon, November 5.
On the Peninsula, call The Peninsula Agency on Aging at 757-873-0541 by November 5.
The agencies will ask for a telephone number, pickup address, voting location and requested pickup time. Depending on demand, pickup times may be shuffled, and riders may need to share a cab.
Taxis will wait while voters cast their ballot and riders will be asked to sign a voucher, but not pay.
Lyft teamed up with various voting organizations, such as Vote.org and TurboVote, to distribute a 50% promotion code to riders on their mobile app.

Certain underserved communities will be provided free rides through other nonpartisan and nonprofit partners such as Voto Latino, local Urban League affiliates and the National Federation for the Blind.
Lyft is going a step further to provide more information to voters by distributing voter registration handouts at their local Hubs and sending registration reminders through push alerts.
Uber is offering $10 off one ride to the polls on Election Day, thanks to their partners #VoteTogether and Democracy Works. Riders will have to take the most affordable option available in their city (Express Pool, Pool or UberX, in that order).
You can enter the promotional code is VOTE2018 in your Uber app to get the discount (the promotion is not available in Michigan).
When requesting your ride, you must use Uber's "polling place locator" and go directly to your polling place.
If you prefer biking around Norfolk, you should know that you can take a Pace Bike to the polls for free on Tuesday.
Just enter the code IVOTE in the Pace app and you'll get two free 30-minute rides.
