I am honored to be the Democratic Nominee in Virginia’s 7th Senate District. From the beginning, this campaign has been about the people in this community: the students I have taught, my friends and neighbors, and the diverse group of people I had the chance to listen to over the course of this campaign.  In the House of Delegates, I was proud to pass Medicaid Expansion, teacher pay raises and get more resources to struggling schools faster. In the Senate, I look forward to keep fighting for education, healthcare and keeping our air and water clean. Onward to November!
