JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. (WVEC) — James City County Police say a man who had been missing for days has been located safely.

Charles Cooper, 26, went missing after he was last seen in the 6600 block of Richmond Road on December 8 around 3 a.m.

Officials considered him endangered at the time, but he was found on Friday.
