US Border Patrol agents rescue migrant who fell 20 feet from cliff

The man suffered injuries to his leg and was treated by EMT agents.

SAN ANTONIO — U.S. Border Patrol agents reportedly rescued a migrant who fell from a cliff near a creek in Eagle Pass.

Authorities said the agents assigned to the Eagle Pass South Station rescued the man. He had fallen 20 feet.

The man suffered injuries to his leg and was treated by EMT agents. He was then taken to a San Antonio area hospital for further treatment.
