VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Virginia Beach police are investigating after a school bus was involved in a hit and run Wednesday night.
Police received a call about the incident around 6:15 p.m. in the 4400 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
The city school bus was stopped with its emergency equipment activated when another can hit the back of the bus. Students were on board the bus at the time of the accident, but no one was injured.
The suspect vehicle was described as a green van with damage to its front-end.

According to police, damage to the bus was minimal.
