It's always close, it's always intense and lately, the Battle of the Bay has always gone Norfolk State's way. Make it three wins in a row for the Spartans over the Pirates. Obviously that doesn't sit well in Hampton.

It's the 55th edition and to this point it's been so close that NSU leads the overall series by one win (26-25-1 with NSU vacating 2 wins).

It's the first time ever both schools come into the game unbeaten in conference play. As Hampton defensive back puts it, "The Battle of the Bay is a big deal, but the battle for first place is way more important."

Kickoff is set for Saturday at 2 pm at Dick Price stadium on the Norfolk State campus.
