The Virginia Cavaliers are just a couple of days away from their showdown with South Carolina in the Belk Bowl from Charlotte, North Carolina. The Hoos had so much promise at one part in the season. They were 6-2 and front runners in the Coastal Division of the Atlantic Coast Conference only to drop their final three games that included archrival, Virginia Tech.
UVA wants to finish strong and do so with a squad without much bowl experience. Head Coach, Bronco Mendenhall knows a win could mean something special for his program. "Even though we didn't play well, the point of reference was established for this year and for years to come."
