Last year, William and Mary lost their season opener to High Point by 34 points. They got a little payback on Wednesday night. On their own court this time, the Tribe opened their college basketball season with a 79-69 win over High Point.
Justin Pierce led the way with 23 points and 14 rebounds. Matt Milon hit critical baskets in the second half to pave the way to the win.
