HAMPTON, Va. — Police are warning drivers to expect delays after nearly a dozen vehicles were involved in a series of crashes on Mercury Boulevard during Tuesday evening's rush hour.

Police Dispatch said the call for the accidents came in around 5:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of West Mercury Boulevard, at the Interstate 64 interchange.

Minor injuries are reported, but officials say everyone is expected to be OK.
