Hope you enjoyed the long holiday weekend! Mostly sunny skies today and noticeably colder as northerly winds take over and keep temperatures only around 40 this afternoon.

Clouds will begin increasing towards evening. Expect a wintry mix to break out after midnight in most locations. This will be brief and on the lighter side, a coating of sleet and/or wet snow is possible. Temperatures will be warming by Wednesday morning and anything that does fall will be washed away by a cold rain through much of the day. Highs around 50.

More occasional rain is expected into Thursday, significantly warmer as well, highs near 70!
