HAMPTON, Va. (WVEC) -- Police charged a former Hampton High School teacher for taking indecent liberties with a student.
According to Hampton officials, the school resource officer at Hampton High School was notified of a possible sexual offense complaint that happened between a student and former faculty member. After investigating, police found that the suspect took indecent liberties with a 17-year-old Hampton male juvenile at Hampton High School on two occasions.
The suspect has been identified as Samantha Quinn, 25, of Virginia Beach, with a last known address in the 1700 block of Chase Point Circle. She has been charged with two counts of indecent liberties.
