Buoy swept into the Hague
A buoy from the Elizabeth River mysteriously made its way from Portsmouth into the Hague in Norfolk! The buoy normally rests near Tidewater Yacht Marina, and was found all the way in Ghent. Some people are reporting they saw it before Wednesday's strong storms so, that is not believed to have been a factor.
