Two men are dead, one arrested after Newport News shooting
A 62-year-old man and 55-year-old man were shot and killed at Dunn's River Jamaican-Caribbean Restaurant and Grocery. A witness who was inside when the shooting happened said a customer became irate when he opened fire.
