From 2014: Rocket explodes during NASA Antares launch
October 28, 2014: An Antares rocket carrying cargo destined for the International Space Station exploded and crashed back down to the launch pad just a few seconds after liftoff. No one was hurt and there was limited damage to Wallops Flight Facility.
