Prosecutors not seeking death penalty against man accused of abducting and killing Ashanti Billie
The U.S. Attorney General directed prosecutors not to seek the death penalty against Eric Brown if he's convicted of abducting and killing Ashanti Billie. Billie's mom said she originally hoped for the death penalty, but after considering her faith she knows that's not the right choice.
