Update: Portsmouth cuts number of broken hydrants nearly in half
Even as hydrants continue to break, Portsmouth crews have cut the number of broken hydrants from 25 to 13. With 13 broken hydrants, Portsmouth would still have the highest number as of 13News Now's last check in May.
