Portsmouth to hold public hearing on new City Hall and public safety building

City Councilors delayed a vote to commit $475,000 to Armada Hoffler Properties for a new city hall with a parking garage and a police and fire public safety building. A council member voiced concerns about not getting taxpayer input first and if the money could be better spent. The public hearing is scheduled for Monday at 6:30 p.m.
