Moped Rider Wants Help Finding Driver Who Hit Him in Suffolk
David Patterson was riding his moped on Bennetts Pasture Road near Nansemond Parkway in Suffolk. He said the driver of a car rammed into him and left him there. It roughed him up pretty badly.
