Elizabeth City community college evacuated, evening class canceled after suspect spotted near campus
The College of the Albemarle was evacuated and evening classes were canceled after a man wanted for murder is believed to have been spotted near campus. Caprie Paige, 22, is wanted in Elizabeth City after police believe he fired at an occupied vehicle, but he's wanted in Atlanta for murder.
