Man arrested for explosives in James City County had materials to make more

According to court documents, an assistant fire marshal went to check on Adam Helms' welfare, after a conversation Helms had with his community services board case manager. Helms told the fire marshal where he had the bomb. He invited the fire marshal into his home where he had material to make more bombs.
