Man charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with hit-and-run that killed cyclist
York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office arrested and charged Alexander Michael Crosby with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the Oct. 25 hit-and-run death of cyclist Brian L. Utne.
