Father remembers victim of Virginia Beach Municipal Center shooting, Congress names post office for him
Ryan Keith Cox's father remembered his son and his kind heart as the U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill to name a post office in his honor. Cox died on May 31 in the municipal center shooting while saving his coworkers.
