City Council Voting to Give City Workers Bonuses after Denying Raises to Teachers
The Portsmouth City Council is voting to give city employees bonuses in time for the holidays, but the same amount needed for the bonuses was requested by the school board to give teachers a 2% raise, that request was denied.
