Bobby Dyer Elected Mayor of Virginia Beach
Bobby Dyer received the news that he was elected the mayor of Virginia Beach at a small celebration after Bobby Davenport conceded the race. Nearly two dozen people were on the ballot for the eight of the 11 City Council seats in Virginia Beach.
