SPOKANE, Wash.-- For all you ice cream lovers out there, Ben & Jerry's is giving out free ice cream cones on Tuesday, April 10.
This year, Ben & Jerry's is celebrating their 40th Free Cone Day, a day the company gives out free ice cream to thank their customers.
The following Ben & Jerry's locations in Hampton Roads will be giving out ice cream from noon to 8 p.m.
- 2510 Atlantic Avenue, Virginia Beach, Va. 23451
- 5699 18 Richmond Road, Williamsburg, Va. 23188 (at the Williamsburg Premium Outlets)
- 332 Water Street, Building L, Yorktown, Va. 23690 (at the Yorktown Riverwalk Landing)
"We love getting involved with and giving back to our communities. It’s amazing what we can do together over shared values and several scoops of ice cream," said Kari Conner, owner, Ben & Jerry’s of Spokane.
This year, Ben & Jerry's is donating all proceeds made during Free Cone Day to Free Rein Therapeutic Riding, an organization that uses horses to provide therapy for children and adults with disabilities.
