NORFOLK, Va. (WVEC) -- Norfolk Animal Protection officers are looking into how more than 50 dead chickens were left behind a closed Kmart location.
Police said 51 dead chickens had been discarded at the location on North Military Highway over the weekend. The animals were removed and the scene was cleaned.
Police ask that anyone who may have information to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
