NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Fire-Rescue crews spent about 30 minutes battling an apartment fire in Ocean View, Battalion Chief Garry Windley said.
Crews were called to a fire in the 9500 block of 20th Bay Street.
The building was unoccupied, Windley said.
A firefighter suffered minor injuries.
The fire is under investigation by the Fire Marshal's Office.
