VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WVEC) -- Police are investigating a fatal shooting in Virginia Beach Friday.
According to officials, emergency communications received a call about a possible shooting on the 5800 block of Pickering Street around 10 p.m.
A man was fatally shot and three other people were injured. According to police, the deceased has been identified as 41-year-old Rakel Ramel Mason of Norfolk.
A police spokeswoman said two of the three injured had non-life threatening injuries and transported themselves to the hospital. The third injured person refused treatment.
