VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Virginia Beach fire has displaced three people, the Virginia Beach Fire Department (VBFD) said.
VBPD responded to a multifamily structure fire in the 1300 Block of Scotch Court at 4:50 p.m. in the Green Run subdivision.
When crews arrived heavy smoke and flames were seen from the two-story townhome.
Crews had water on the fire by 5:00 p.m.
No residents or firefighters were injured. However, one dog died.
Two adults, one child and two dogs were displaced.
VBPD is investigating the cause of the fire.
