Catherine Rogers joined 13News Now as the station's Director of Digital Content in July 2022.
She is a Hampton, Virginia native, a graduate of Bryan College and has 10 years experience helping local newsrooms connect their best journalism with digital audiences.
Before coming to WVEC, Catherine held digital leadership positions with the USA Today Network for five years. She worked with dozens of local newspapers in communities large and small across Virginia, the Carolinas, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
Before that, she worked as a journalist in Hampton Roads for several years, first as a digital producer at the local NBC station and then as a digital editor at The Virginian-Pilot.
Catherine is a member of the Online News Association and Virginia Press Association.
