Here for the Girls 'Breast' Ball Golf Tournament supports the fight against breast cancer

The organization's annual golf tournament fundraiser supports women living with breast cancer in Hampton Roads. The event happens on April 18.

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — Here for the Girls (H4TG) is giving golfers an opportunity to play for a good cause: supporting women in Hampton Roads fighting breast cancer.

Here for the Girls' annual 'Breast' Ball Golf Tournament is one of the organization's major fundraising events; the funds help H4TG connect with and support young women living with stage IV metastatic breast cancer.

Their annual 'Breast' Ball Golf Tournament will be held April 18. Registration opens at 6:45 a.m. with the event lasting through 4 p.m. at the Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg.

To participate in the tournament, you must register here. The registration fee includes a charitable donation supporting young women in the community affected by breast cancer. Registration opens at 6:45 a.m. with a welcome and dedication beginning at 8 a.m.

In addition to golfing, attendees can find a vendor expo, course contests, raffles, prizes, food and more.

If you want to show your support for the program but are not a golfer, you can donate directly to the website or volunteer

H4TG knows that receiving a breast cancer diagnosis can change the course of one's life, but that doesn't mean they have to go through it alone. Members know what it's like to navigate the world with a diagnosis and offer hope, inspiration and power through their program.

H4TG offers education, social-emotional support, and social engagement programs throughout the year at no cost for young women fighting breast cancer.
