NEWPORT NEWS - ACrime Line tip led police to arrest a Hampton man for a double murder in Newport News.
47-year-old Katherine Diane Parker and her husband 43-year-old Eddie Arnold Ezzel were found dead in their RV at Davis Mobile Home and RV Park on March 16.
31-year-old Brian Smith of Somerset Lane in Hampton was arrested Wednesday night, police spokesman Harold Eley confirmed.
Authorities believe that robbery and prescription drugs led to the killings.
Smith is charged with two counts each of 1st Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
