The charges stem from the Oct. 17 incident where officials say Kristin Barber shot the man driving her.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — The woman already facing charges for shooting a man while he was driving her in Virginia Beach is now facing a murder charge after the 59-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries, authorities announced Tuesday.
