PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A man has been shot in Portsmouth in the early hours of Sunday, police say.
Portsmouth police say they responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Elm Avenue and Duke Street around 1:50 a.m. Officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound at a hospital shortly after.
He was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
