NORFOLK--An electrical problem at the Norfolk International Airport caused some flight delays and cancellations. Airport officials tell 13 News there's an electrical problme in a manhole near the main runway knocking out some lights.
The only airline impacted is Delta. Two flights arriving in Norfolk from Atlanta and Minneapolis have been cancelled. Airport authorities say they're hopeful the problem will be fixed by morning.
