NORFOLK, Va. — Residents interested in becoming more involved in their community had the opportunity with the Engage Norfolk event Sunday.
The 3rd annual event, at Norview High School, showcased organizations that promote civic engagement in the Norfolk community.
The goal: connect anyone passionate about certain social issues and values with those organizations. The hope is to make a difference — and change — in Norfolk and beyond.
The event also included workshops, meet and greets with local leaders, mentors — and food!
